General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The products offered on our website www.cashmere-company.it (hereinafter referred to as the “website” or “Cashmere Company”) are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You can request any information through our customer service by contacting info@cashmere-company.it. Here you will find information about orders and shipments, refunds and returns of products purchased on the website.

1. Our commercial policy 

1.1 – The Cashmere Company website offers products for sale and conducts its e-commerce activities exclusively with its end users who are ‘consumers’.

1.2 – When we refer to ‘consumers,’ we mean any natural person who uses the website www.cashmere-company.it for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities, if any. 

1.3 – In accordance with its commercial policy, Cashmere Company reserves the right not to fulfil orders from parties other than ‘consumers’ or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

1.4 – These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the website between users of the website and Cashmere Company.

2. How to conclude the contract with Cashmere Company

2.1 – To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products in the online shop at www.cashmere-company.it, you must fill in the electronic order form and send it to Cashmere Company electronically, following the relevant instructions.

2.2 – The order form contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal, as well as a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes and duties), the means of payment you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods for the products purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the products purchased.

2.3 – The contract is concluded when Cashmere Company receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order, including the completion of payment by credit card.

2.4 – Before proceeding with the purchase of products by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal.

2.5 – The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.

2.6 – The prices published on the e-shop, payments and invoices for orders are in Euro and include VAT. Shipping is free for orders in Italy over €200. The languages available for concluding the contract with Cashmere Company are Italian and English.

2.7 – Once the contract has been concluded, Cashmere Company will take charge of your purchase order. Contracts made separately will be processed and shipped separately.

2.8 – Cashmere Company may not process your purchase orders if they do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or if they are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that Cashmere Company has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.

If the products presented in the e-shop are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when you send the order form, Cashmere Company will notify you promptly and in any case within ten (10) days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to Cashmere Company, of the unavailability of the products ordered. If you have submitted the order form and paid the price, Cashmere Company will refund the amount you have already paid.

2.9 – By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with Cashmere Company. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products.

2.10 – By submitting the order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on the website, including that referred to via links, such as the privacy policy and information on the right of withdrawal.

2.11 – Once the contract has been concluded, Cashmere Company will send you an email confirming your purchase order and its processing, containing the information already included in the order form (reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal, information on the essential characteristics of the product and detailed information on the price, means of payment, your right of withdrawal and delivery costs). Another email will be sent when the parcel is delivered to the courier, containing the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

3. Guarantees and product pricing

3.1 – Only products bearing the Cashmere Company brand are offered for sale in the online shop at www.cashmere-company.it.

3.2 – Cashmere Company does not sell used, irregular or substandard products.

3.3 – The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4 – Product prices may be subject to change. Please check the final sale price before submitting your order form.

3.5 – All products are equipped with an identification tag secured with a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag and seal from the products you have purchased, as they are an integral part of the product.

3.6 – If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Cashmere Company reserves the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relevant tag, have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or have been damaged.
