Refund policy

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 – You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Cashmere Company by requesting a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the order.

6.2 – In order to proceed with the return, you must request authorisation by writing to info@cashmere-company.it specifying:

- the order number
- the items you wish to return
- the reason for the return

After verifying the conformity of the return, you will be sent an email with the return authorisation and all the procedures for preparing the package and returning the purchased products.

6.3 – After preparing the package, deliver it to your nearest UPS collection point www.ups.com

6.4 – By using the courier indicated by Cashmere Company, the costs of returning the products will be borne by Cashmere Company and you will not have to pay any return costs yourself.

6.5 – If you decide to use a courier other than the one indicated by Cashmere Company, the costs of returning the purchased products will be borne by you. 

6.6 – The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described in points 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 above – shall be deemed to have been exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:

  1. the return request sent directly to info@cashmerecompany.it or other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and sent to Cashmere Company within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;
  2. the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
  3. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal that is an integral part of the goods;
  4. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
  5. the products must not be damaged.

6.7 – If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this paragraph 6, Cashmere Company will refund the sums already collected for the purchase of the products in accordance with the terms and conditions set out.

6.8 – The sums will be refunded to you as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the return at the Cashmere Company warehouses.

6.9 – If the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, as set out in points a) and e) of paragraph 6 above, are not complied with, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Cashmere Company. Within 14 days of sending the email informing you that the return has not been accepted, you may choose to have the products returned to you, at your expense, in the condition in which they were returned to Cashmere Company, by notifying Cashmere Company itself, in accordance with the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, Cashmere Company may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. If the conditions set out in points b), c) and d) of paragraph 6.6 above are not met, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the sums already paid to Cashmere Company. You will, in fact, be liable for any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from use other than that authorised by Cashmere Company for the purpose of allowing you to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves. In this case, a percentage between 10 and 90 per cent of the sums you have paid to Cashmere Company for the purchase of the returned products will be deducted from the refund, as will be specifically communicated to you by Cashmere Company via email. Within 14 days of sending the email informing you of the amount deducted from your refund, you may choose to have the products returned to you, at your expense, in the condition in which they were returned to Cashmere Company, by notifying Cashmere Company itself, in accordance with the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, Cashmere Company may retain the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.

7. Refund times and methods

7.1 – After the products have been returned, Cashmere Company will carry out the necessary checks to ensure that they comply with the terms and conditions set out in paragraph 6. If the checks are successful, Cashmere Company will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products.

7.2 – Regardless of the payment method you used, Cashmere Company will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods at the Cashmere Company warehouses.

7.3 – If the recipient of the products indicated on the order form does not correspond to the person who made the payment for their purchase, the refund, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be made by Cashmere Company to the person who made the payment.

7.4 – Cashmere Company specifies UPS express courier as the carrier for the return of products in Italy and the EU. Through UPS, you can return the products to Cashmere Company without having to pay the necessary costs yourself. This method also allows you to check the location of each package at any time, freeing you from any responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport. 

7.5 – If you decide to use a courier other than the one indicated by Cashmere Company to return the products, you will be responsible for paying the necessary costs and will be liable for any loss or damage to the products during transport, in accordance with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
